How the day pass works
A day pass lets non-guests use the resort for the day. Hard Rock’s own FAQ confirms passes exist but doesn’t list every inclusion. Third-party guides commonly describe access to the main pools, beach areas and a selection of restaurants and bars. Some areas, such as members-only pools, are typically excluded. Ask what’s included when you book.
Without a pass you can’t use hotel facilities or buy things inside, with one exception: the casino.
Availability limits
"Subject to availability" is the key phrase. Passes can be limited or unavailable when the hotel is busy, which usually means holidays, peak winter weeks and weekends. If a Hard Rock day is the highlight of your trip, request the pass well in advance and get written confirmation.
What about the price?
We don’t list a price here on purpose. The hotel asks visitors to contact Customer Care for current rates, and figures posted online are often out of date. When you ask, check:

- whether food and drinks are included

Day pass from Cana Bay
If you stay in Cana Bay, the hotel is close by, but you still buy a pass like any other visitor and enter through the main entrance.
